The forum’s agenda provides for open discussions on political prisoners, sanctions, support for media and civil society. There will be the proposals of working groups of the first forum of democratic forces. As part of the upcoming event in Berlin, the expanded consultations will be held on the development of a wide range of partnerships of Belarus and Germany. A separate discussion is planned on the topic of the future economic reforms for Belarus.

The first Forum of Democratic Forces, held on May 16-17 of this year in Warsaw, returned the lost traditions of public discussions in Belarusian society. The Forum of the Democratic Forces of Belarus is a public platform for finding ideas and developing proposals on various issues of social, economic and political development of the state. The activities of the Forum are based on the principles of dialogue, free expression of opinions and freedom of conscience.

At the moment Belarus is on the verge of significant historical changes. Discussion of the vision of certain solutions for the most fundamental issues will give significantly more weight to any initiatives both in the country and abroad.
